A simple breakdown of my vacays

This hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and a luxurious atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond in hospitality, and the vintage HiFi gear was a good surprise. Dining was exquisite, particularly the personalized recommendations from the restaurant staff. Shuttle service hours can limit evening activities.

My guest room was incredible with balcony. Great and beautiful location close to the town center, the onsite restaurant and fields, I felt safe.

The staff were efficient and location was perfect and excellent. It was about 0.5 km from the airport. Enjoyed good-sized bathroom and a private safe, climate control, and a mini bar in our king room. The beds were very comfy, view over the valley was absolutely breathtaking!

The spa was a lifesaver after a day of hiking. The outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend the sports massage with Julia!

We truly enjoyed this place - very elegant and nice hotel.

The room was amazing with balcony and it had wake-up service, that's cool.

The breakfast was large with plenty of meals. The room was huge, it was great-sized and the beds were extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was next to the train station for the chiqe terra tarin and which run high speed between the two tunnels creating a high noise level.

The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Cinque Terre, and the hotel has fine views. The free shuttle is a nice touch. The pool and wellness facilities were great. We felt very relaxed.

The omelette at breakfast wasn't cooked quite right, and we had to queue due to the serving restrictions from the buffet.

Park Hotel Argento is very clean and beautifully run. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. The rooms are large, new and clean, the breakfast was nice and it is barely a five minute walk to the train station.

I travel to Italy frequently for business and the Park Hotel Argento is one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at in Italy in the last 3 years and I mostly stay in 4-star hotels. The rooms are huge for an Italian hotel and I even had a king sized bed! Breakfast is good. I ate one dinner at the hotel and it was not particularly good. The hotel is very convenient to the train that goes to all the Cinque Terre towns. I recommend it highly.

A Great Family Getaway Away from the Crowds!

The spacious quadruple room offered comfort after outings. We enjoyed the relaxing pool area, and the free shuttle made exploring nearby towns easy. For future guests, try the breakfast buffet for a good start to your day!

15 min walk to town center not to bad but a very very steep climb coming back.No public transport. No tea making facilities in our room.

Its location is perfect to visit Cinque Terre. It is a spacious and quiet hotel, but very near to the village of Levanto (beach) as well.

I think the hotel is too expensive, but it seems to be normal in Italy. I did not expect to find only a simple shower (plastic doors) in a hotel of more than 300 euro a night. The restaurant should also improve its meals, because it was too expensive for its quality.

Beautiful outdoor pool area.

I was very disappointed with the slow reception service. Upon arrival, it took forever to check in, and requesting a taxi was like a huge ordeal. The overall decor seemed outdated, and for over €500 a night, it definitely didn't provide value for money.

The location was good for us as we had a car and wanted it parked in a secure place, be able to walk into town centre and catch the train to cinque terre so the location was perfect. The staff were great and spoke English very well. Breakfast is very good lots of Organic products to choose from, fresh fruit choice of yoghurt, we didn't need to eat all day!!! The room was nice and spacious clean and good air con. The wellness centre added that special touch to our stay. After walking all day it was just so nice to know you could relax with a swim and relaxation treatment.. Thank you for making cinque terre so memorable.

The only thing I would say could make it a perfect place is to have WiFi access in the room. We managed ok using it in the foyer but would have had privacy in our room. Appreciated the access in any case.

The location was fantastic, and the staff really friendly, helpful (without being obtrusive) and informative. It was an incredibly relaxing place to be.
